We will be delighted to send all your gourmet marshmallow gifts in bulk to one address or send each gift out directly to your recipients for you. All you have to do is to pass on the appropriate addresses & your gift message. We will get busy and allow you to tick off another item from your `to do` list!

How will my gourmet marshmallows arrive?
All our gourmet marshmallow products will be delivered gift packaged. Product and packaging are subject to change or substitution without prior notice. If we substitute for an equal or higher priced item we will contact you if possible.
What are Delivery Zones?
Our definition of the United Kingdom includes the U.K. mainland and Northern Ireland but unfortunately excludes The Channel Islands & the Isle of Man.
How does payment work?
We accept payment for our gourmet marshmallow products by Visa, Mastercard and Switch.
Bonny Confectionery Ltd use Paypal for secure order processing. Once you have filled your shopping cart on our website click check out and you will be redirected to Paypal where you may pay for your order via any major credit card or debit card or via your Paypal account. You do not need to have a Paypal account to proceed with your check out nor will you be required to create one. We will begin our order fulfilment process as soon as we receive notification of your payment from Paypal. You will receive two automated emails to the address you provide with your order; one when your order has been processed by Paypal and another when we ship your order.
Note: We cannot accept responsibility for an order being held back as a result of incorrect or invalid payment details being given. Failure to supply the correct details will result in your order being held pending until you supply the correct details.
The total value of your order will be displayed on the order confirmation screen. The displayed price is the amount in pounds sterling that you will pay.
All prices quoted will include VAT at the current rate of 20%. If you are eligible to reclaim the sales tax, on request we will be able to supply you with a VAT receipt.
Can I cancel my order?
In accordance with the Distance Selling Directive (2000) you may cancel your order at any time without reason, within 7 working days of delivery. Should you wish to cancel your order and receive a refund, you must confirm this in writing and return the complete packaged item(s) to:

Please be aware that you will be liable for any postage costs incurred as a result of returning items to Bonny Confectionery and you should ensure that you obtain proof of postage as you send it back.
All our gourmet marshmallow gifts are despatched in perfect condition, as we take the utmost care in wrapping them. However, if any gourmet marshmallow products are damaged in transit by circumstances beyond our control, you can return them to us at the address above and once we have received the item, we will send out a replacement of your gourmet marshmallow product by return. Can I add a gift messages with my gourmet marshmallows?
We can include your special message handwritten on your gourmet marshmallow gift. We reserve the right to reject any message that we consider offensive or in breach of legal rights.
