All prices are correct as of January 2018. Hübsch has the right to change prices and specifications without prior notice. All products shown are believed to be accurate. The availability of an item on the website does not guarantee that it is in stock.
We reserve the right to:
Modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, this website (or any part thereof) with or without notice to you and you confirm that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification to or withdrawal of the website; and/or Change the Conditions from time to time, and your continued use of the website (or any part thereof) following such change shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change. It is your responsibility to check regularly to determine whether the Conditions have been changed. If you do not agree to any changes to the Conditions then you must immediately stop using the website.
Purchase of products
Orders must be placed online. We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the website.
For delivery to the UK, orders will be dispatched by 48 hour courier, Monday to Wednesday inclusive. This means that they can be delivered Tuesday to Friday. We do not dispatch on Thursday, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays (Saturday is an extra charge option). This is to avoid potential weekend delivery problems and customer disappointment. Please give as much lead time for an order as possible.
Instructions as to where the order may be left in the absence of a signature can be taken. Directions for non-numbered houses and difficult to find addresses will help with delivery.
How will my Hübsch Order arrive?
All our Hübsch products will be delivered packaged. Product and packaging can change without prior notice but always with intend to improve. If we substitute for an equal or higher priced item we will contact you if possible.
What are Delivery Zones?
Our definition of the United Kingdom includes the U.K. mainland and Northern Ireland but unfortunately excludes The Channel Islands & the Isle of Man.
Can I add a gift messages with my Hübsch Order?
Of course. We can include your special message handwritten on your Hübsch gift. We reserve the right to reject any message that we consider offensive or in breach of legal rights.
All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus delivery charges.
We may alter prices at any time. We try our best to keep price changes to a minimum but sometime it is inevitable. We will aim to update the web site as soon as possible, but may not be able to make changes immediately. If the price of an item you have ordered has increased we will contact you before charging the additional amount.
How does payment work?
We accept payment for products by Visa, Mastercard and Switch.
Hübsch use Paypal for secure order processing. Once you have filled your shopping cart on our website click check out and you will be redirected to Paypal where you may pay for your order via any major credit card or debit card or via your Paypal account. You do not need to have a Paypal account to proceed with your check out nor will you be required to create one. We will begin our order fulfilment process as soon as we receive notification of your payment from Paypal. You will receive two automated emails to the address you provide with your order; one when your order has been processed by Paypal and another when we ship your order.
Note: We cannot accept responsibility for an order being held back as a result of incorrect or invalid payment details being given. Failure to supply the correct details will result in your order being held pending until you supply the correct details.
The total value of your order will be displayed on the order confirmation screen. The displayed price is the amount in pounds sterling that you will pay.
All prices quoted will include VAT at the current rate of 20%. If you are eligible to reclaim the sales tax, on request we will be able to supply you with a VAT receipt.

We use PayPal as a payment system however you do not have to have a PayPal Account to pay for your goods.
Any major Credit/Debit card can be used and the process is easy and secure.
We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this website. We may also refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from this website whether or not the product has been sold; removing or editing any materials or content on the website; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.
Out of stock items
If any items that you have ordered are not available straightaway for any reason we will contact you as soon as possible to offer you an alternative product or a refund for that product, whichever suits your requirement
We always do our best to respond quickly and fairly to any problem relating to purchases from Hübsch or the service provided. In the event of a problem, call us straight away and we will do whatever is necessary to resolve it as fast as possible. In normal circumstances problems will be responded to within 24 hours, usually the same day we are notified.
Can I cancel my order?
In accordance with the Distance Selling Directive (2000) you are welcomed to cancel your order at any time without reason, within 7 working days of delivery. Should you wish to cancel your order and receive a refund, you must confirm this in writing and return the complete packaged item(s) to:

Please be aware that you will be liable for any postage costs incurred as a result of returning items to Hübsch and please ensure that you obtain proof of postage as you return products.
All our products are despatched in perfect condition, as we take the utmost care in wrapping them. However, if any containers are damaged in transit by circumstances beyond our control, you can return them to us at the address above and once we have received the item, we will send out a replacement of your products by return. Items offered for sale are perishable stuffs. Items ordered by mistake will not be accepted for return.Items will be accepted for return and refund:
- If they are dispatched in error;
- If an error in an order is the fault of Hübsch;
- If delivery is so frustrated, through no fault of the customer, as to leave the goods unusable;
- If delivery exceeds 72 hours from the time of dispatch, through no fault of the customer;
- If a product is delivered to the customer and is in poor condition, is damaged or is unfit for human consumption.
Hübsch must be contacted the same day that the delivery is made. Refunds or replacements will not be automatic but must be agreed in principal and confirmed in writing, between the customer and Hübsch in accordance with, but not restricted to, the Returns and Refund Policy.
